The Autodrome M&M

Dubai • United Arab Emirates

Marketing and management may seem a world away from the thrills and glamour of sport but, in motor racing, it’s what keeps the wheels going round.

At Dubai Autodrome, the ‘M & M’ building could not be closer to the action, gazing directly down on the circuit and forming an essential part of the track architecture.
In common with the grandstand, the Marketing HQ is designed for maximum visual effect, sharing the same lean-back or ‘dynamic balance’ principles as all the other buildings encircling the track.

Client: Union Properties
Architect: Robert Mathew John Marshall

Arabian Profile redesigned and built the entire architectural envelope of the building, using 4,500m2 of Reynobond composite panels, 3mm solid aluminium, powder coated and perforated panels plus extruded aluminium sunshades. The roof was finished with the Kalzip standing seam system.
