A cultural melting
pot which builds on the past. Dubai embraces both these themes as does
the Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall, a project straight from the pages of
history.
Inspired
by the 14th century travels of Arab explorer Ibn Battuta, this is one
of the largest themed malls in the Middle East, providing a kaleidoscope
of shopping experiences from around the globe.
The mall incorporates
six distinct shopping zones – an Andalusian Court, North African
Court, Egyptian Court, Persian Court, Indian Court and Chinese Court.
But like Dubai, the past meets the future and Ibn Battuta is also an
Aladdin’s Cave of hi-tech entertainment.
