In the year 2000
Arabian Profile’s constant drive for quality was rewarded with
ISO 9001 certification, a landmark moment for the company. Recognizing
that quality is as hard to maintain as it is to achieve, APL did not
sit back. It continued its quest for quality solutions and in 2005 received
the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate from the British Standards Institution.
The driving force
is always client satisfaction. APL provides project engineering to satisfy
any contract requirement. The service includes structural calculations,
shop-drawings, bills of materials, as-built drawings, method statements,
quality plans and maintenance procedures.
Meanwhile a dedicated
customer service department takes the frustration out of delivery and
export formalities for a broad spectrum of end-users in many countries.
